Serving at Aletheia

The heartbeat of our church

Serve Together

We're made to serve God and each other. Whether you play an instrument, love welcoming guests, have a heart for teaching and training up the next generation, or want to make the audio and visuals as amazing as they can be, there's a place for you.

Aletheia Kids
01

Aletheia Kids

Our Aletheia Kids Team manages the care, safety, and activities for kids in our church. Members of this team spend time with children in a separate childcare room. The Kids Team application process involves a background check and requires at least 6 months of good standing in an Aletheia congregation before joining the team.

Guest Services Team
02

Guest Services Team

This team ensures an excellent experience for every guest of Aletheia through engaging those in attendance and helping new guests get connected within our community. Additionally, the Guest Services Team helps keep our space looking and feeling like a warm and inviting place to worship God. This is a great role for anyone looking to meaningfully engage with new people or grow in this skill.

Worship Arts
03

Worship Arts

Our Worship Arts Team includes the music team as well as production.

Our Music Team leads our Sunday gatherings in song and praise to our Lord every week. Members of this team use their musical talents to create an environment that engages our church family in worship. Admission to this team begins with an audition, which is offered regularly.

Production facilitates all technology-related needs for our Sunday gatherings, such as lighting, audio engineering, and video presentation, as well as our camera and recording systems. No prior experience necessary—new volunteers will be trained over the course of a few Sunday services.

Engage Team
04

Engage Team

The Engage team focuses on sharing the good news of Jesus to the community around us. This team does not serve during service on Sundays, but holds meetings, events, and street evangelism a few times a month.

Setup/Teardown Team
05

Setup/Teardown Team

The Setup/Teardown team sets up the seating, signage, and environment in which guests of our church can encounter Jesus, and then disassembles and packs away all materials after service concludes. These folks are the first to arrive on a Sunday and the last to leave, devoting their entire morning to serving others. (This team is only available at Boston.)
